POLMED Member Satisfaction and Benefits Needs Survey 2018

South African Police Service Medical Scheme (POLMED), is a closed medical scheme registered under the Medical Schemes Act (Act 131 of 1998). LiveMoya was appointed to conduct a Member Satisfaction and Benefits Needs Survey.

The main objectives of the survey were to determine:

• The current level of satisfaction of POLMED members with the overall performance of POLMED in meeting their medical needs;
• The current level of satisfaction of POLMED members with the overall performance of POLMED in delivering a great service; and
• The stakeholder perception of the effectiveness in POLMED’s services delivery system in meeting their expectations.

The results from the survey were used to review the degree of success from previous interventions, and to inform the strategic direction and management of POLMED going forward.
